Raada [राड़ा] is a common slang, which means a fight.
The suffix -baaz is used in Urdu for people who do something, that something of course being the thing making the first part of the word. Like Chaalbaaz (who plays a trick, a chaal), Dhokhebaaz (someone who deceives) etc.
Hence, someone who does get into raadas, that is fights, is called raadebaaz.
