Khushfehmi or Khush-fehmi [also khush fahmi] is an Urdu word for the feeling of getting more than you actually have got. It can be something like complacency, a feeling when you are happy, khush, when you don't have reason to, or are happier than you should have been on account of something that is not really true.
Khushfehmiyaan/ Khushfahmiyaan is plural for Khushfehmi.

Mehngai/ Aam aadmi ki jeb Lyrics Translation (Chakravyuh)
Movie: Chakravyuh
Music: Vijay Verma
Lyrics: Turaz
Singer: Kailash Kher
Arranger: Anamik
Starring: Abhay Deol, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpayee and Anjali Patil
bhaiya dekh liya hai bahut teri sardari re,
ab to humri baari re na..
Mehengai ki mahamaari ne humara bhatta bitha diya,
chale hataane gareebi gareebon ko hata diya
Sarbat ki tarah desh ko gatka hai gatagat
Aam aadmi ki jeb ho gayi hai safachat
We've seen enough of your rule,
now it's our chance..
The epidemic of price-rise has made us lose everything..
they started to remove poverty, but removed poors itself,
they've drunk the country in gulps like a sweet drink,
and the pocket of common man is all gone empty..
bhaiya dekh liya hai bahut teri sardari re,
ab to hamri baari re na..
birla ho ya tata
ambani ho ya bata,
sabne apne chakkar mein
des ko hai baanta
are humre hi khoon se inka
engine chale dhakadhak
Aam aadmi ki jeb ho gayi hai safachat
Whether it's Birla or Tata,
Ambani, or Bata.. (whatever business it is)
everyone has cut the country
for their own good..
with our blood only,
their engine goes non-stop..
the pocket of common man is all gone empty..
ab to nahi chalegi teri ye rangdari re
ab to humri baari re na..
now this illegal tax will not go on,
now it's our chance..

Zindagi na milegi dobara meaning
Well, literally zindagi na milegi dobara translates to '(you) won't get a second life' that simply means that whatever you want to do, you should do it now.
The title actually comes from a 'Rock On!!' song which said Zindagi milegi na dobara with a slight twisting of words and no change in meaning.
