Well, the word has been there is many songs. Khushnuma means full of happiness, with the feelings of joy all around. Quite a simple word. Samaa is a time, or season. Also, many times people say 'samaa baandhna', which means doing something so good that you stop the time, as samaa baandhna is literally stopping the time.
