Seher is a common word in Bollywood. We have had albums and movies by the name.
Actually Seher is the Urdu word for 'Subah' or Morning. It's also used with 'shaam' (evening) many times, and the the resultant Sham-o-seher, which literally means evenings and mornings is used as 'always' or 'all the time.'
