[kaali zubaan is proverbially used for someone who says bad things which turn out to be true, but here it’s probably limited to saying bad things and not necessarily on the latter part.]

Saala Khadoos Meaning | साला खड़ूस

KhaDoos (devanagari:खड़ूस,also spelled as Kharoos) is an informal word which is used for someone who is rude, snobbish, and doesn’t seem to care about others.

Saala is literally one’s wife’s brother, but it’s mostly used as a not-so-offensive cuss word. Thus, saala khaDoos is nothing but calling someone snobbish, in a casual, offensive tone.
