Saathiya is Hindi film directed by Shaad Ali and produced under Yash Raj Films banner in the year 2002.
In the film, the main roll star casts are Rani Mukerji and Vivek Oberoi.

The music director of this film is  A. R. Rahman.
It is a remake of the Tamil film Alaipayuthey. Which is also directed by Mani Ratnam which also had its music by A. R. Rahman.
