Tukka lagana means to guess something without the slightest idea. It is something like a Fluke, but then tukka doesn't mean that the thing has gone right necessarily. 'Tukka lagana' is just 'to guess', irrespective of the result.
The meaning of Tukkaa fit would be that a wild guess has worked.
